Oh Sunny.  I'm so very sorry to hear about your loss.  Wish I could give you a big hug.  I miss you and your wonderful art work so much. 

I think we're going to shut down the site soon.  Just trying to give everyone a chance to make sure they have copies of any work they want to keep.  Noel had an awful glitch happen with the program and it deleted a bunch of stuff it wasn't supposed to delete.  I guess everyone thought we did it on purpose.  I don't know.  This decision has been very difficult for me and I think a lot of communications got mis-read and mis-understood. 

Seems inevitable with only having the written word for communicating. 

Noel has a badly injured knee which means I've had to do all the dog-walking, driving, shopping, cooking, etc.  By the end of every day I am so tired I don't have energy for anything else.  It's just not feasible for me to try to run a website, let alone have time to draw.  And, as I said in an earlier post, I have not been able to let myself give the site away to anyone because it is such a personal gift to me from Noel.

I understand and will be sorry for the loss of Ginkgo. I enjoyed drawing here with you all, but am interested in knowing if you are reconsidering after reading Gillie's note above.

I have my cast off now and slowly looking forward to getting back into drawing. Thank you very much for the condolences and hope to hear from you soon.

Well, well, well...hey there, veSte.
I actually think you have to be old enough to vote to draw here, so are you 15 today or 55?  hehee..only kidding. ;P

I don't know what sort of help you're looking for and I doubt I would be of any help <--no, I am not being stuck up or snooty. lol...but maybe there are others who can help, I dunno....but I am willing to help you if I can.

Anyhow, I don't know what is exactly happening with Ginkgo. Some things changed while I was away with my injuries. I may be wrong but I think the site is in limbo until the owners, Grace and Noel decide on what the future is. Therefore I don't know what the criteria is or will be for members to stay or join.

If you haven't already, I might  suggest that you write a message to one of them and see how it goes.  In my book, you're a kid with a sense of humor that makes me smile every time I run into you and your wacky art.
