I want to let you all know that Suzie has written to inform me she will be taking an indefinite leave of absence from her position at FG as administrator.  Her reasons for doing so are personal and confidential.  If she is able, she may still join us but only in the capacity of fellow artist, not as an administrator.  From now on, please address any questions or problems you may have to Nullig (Noel) or me (grace) only and not to Suzie.

I want to take this opportunity to let Suzie and all of you know how much I have appreciated her invaluable help over the years of FG's presence on the Web.  In fact, truth be told, this place would not exist at all if it weren't for Suzie.  She was the first person I invited to join me drawing here.  She has kept me going sometimes...many times, in fact, when I've been discouraged or I felt like giving up.  We've learned and grown together as artists.  I've always felt that knowing Suzie has made me try to be a better person.  Her generous spirit and her gentle, humorous and positive attitude have been an inspiration to me. 

Sometimes you 'meet' someone on the Internet with whom you feel a very special connection right from the start.  It's always been like that for me where Suzie is concerned.  I've often wished we could meet in person, partly so I could thank her properly for all the hard work and effort she has given of herself for FG and its members. 

So, Suzie, if you read this please know that Noel and I both think the World of you and thank you with all our hearts for the work you've done here, not the least of which is your beautiful, beautiful art. 

I am privileged and my life is enriched from knowing you and having you as a friend and fellow artist.  Thank you, my Dear.
